A management training week for life science researchers will be held in Berlin, Germany, from 5 to 9 May.

This course, which is supported by the EU-funded TRAYSS PRIME project, will provide researchers with the opportunity to acquire knowledge on important aspects of scientific management in a
condensed and interactive form.

During the week participants will learn basic skills in project management, management of intellectual property and exploitation of research results and acquisition of EU funding. In addition,
soft skill topics such as self management and conflict management will be covered and bioethical issues discussed with experts. Courses will include extensive hands-on exercises and will be
held by international experts from industry, consulting and management companies as well as EU funding experts.

This workshop is targeted at junior group leaders, postdocs, advanced PhD students and other scientists in the life science sector in the Baltic Sea region.
