Scottsdale, Ariz. – May 17, 2007JDA© Software Group, Inc., today announced that its FOCUS 2007 User Group Conference brought together the largest and most
diverse contingency of customers in the event’s 17-year history. With more than 1,500 participants representing 430 companies from 30 countries, JDA FOCUS 2007 had substantially more
manufacturers and wholesalers than prior years while also increasing retailer attendance.

“This year’s event marked our first opportunity since acquiring Manugistics in July 2006 to bring our combined User Communities together as well as share our new integrated product
direction and solutions roadmap,” said JDA CEO Hamish Brewer. “We delivered on our promise to create a robust industry event with numerous opportunities for customer education,
knowledge transfer and networking. We also left New Orleans with a clear endorsement from our customers on our value proposition of optimizing one view of demand to solve the complex challenges
facing supply chain and demand chain executives.”

“Considering that we had 67 percent more manufacturers and 45 percent more wholesalers attending FOCUS this year than in 2006, we believe we reached the right audience with our strategy
to provide solutions that bridge the gap between the supply and demand chains,” added Brewer.

Expanded JDA Client Base Highlighted at FOCUS 2007

The unique community of retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers that JDA created at FOCUS 2007 was evident to industry-watchers such as Bruce Richardson, chief research officer for AMR
Research, who spoke at FOCUS 2007 during the General Session and Keynote on April 17, 2007.

“If you think of JDA Software as a retail software vendor, that’s no longer true. While retail is a key source of revenue and customers, most of the firm’s 5,500 customers are
spread across other industries,” said Richardson, in his Weekly AMR Research report on April 23rd.
Showcasing the powerful ‘one view of demand’ functionality of JDA solutions, JDA customers, alliance members and associates presented in more than 215 sessions including Product
Breakouts, Super Sessions, Executive Forum, Analyst & Investor Day and two General sessions, all underscoring the conference theme of “Coming Together, Delivering Results.”

Among the attendees representing consumer goods manufacturing at FOCUS 2007 was Black & Decker Hardware and Home Improvement’s Vice President of Information Systems Scott Strickland.

“There are three real reasons for JDA customers to attend FOCUS,” said Strickland. “The first is collaboration with your peers in the industry. Second, it is a great place to
collaborate with some of your customers or suppliers. For us, two of our biggest customers are here as well as a number of our suppliers. Third, it’s a great place to meet some of the JDA
network and build some of those personal relationships.”

JDA Announces 2007 Real Results Award Recipients at FOCUS

Brewer and JDA COO Chris Koziol recognized 11 companies from JDA’s customer community with 2007 Real Results Awards. Winners were selected based upon their use of JDA solutions and the
real results and quantifiable benefits that each company has achieved to overcome their business challenges.

“We launched the Real Results Awards at FOCUS 2006 to recognize our customers’ measurable results and real-world success achieved by the power of JDA solutions,” said Koziol.
“The success stories are inspirational for other customers and prospects undertaking similar projects as we highlight the exceptional results Real Results winners have achieved in
reductions in inventory, increases in sales and profits and decreases in resources and costs.”

One Real Results award recipient honored with the recognition is Laurie Johnson, vice president of inventory management at Tree of Life.

“We were very excited to be a participant in the Real Results contest, and then to be the winner for the allocation and replenishment category. We’ve worked very hard over the last 18 to

JDA Customer Involvement at FOCUS an All-Time High

With the addition of the one-day Executive Forum for C-level participants and the expansion of the FOCUS Super Session Track, JDA recruited more than 100 customers and partners to present at
FOCUS 2007. Andy Carlin, senior vice president of store operations at Gander Mountain spoke on his experience implementing JDA’s Workforce Management solution to improve customer service
and labor savings.

“JDA has been a great partner for us. They’ve been there when we needed them and we’ve had tremendous support from JDA. But we’ve also put a lot of support behind the rollout within
our company. I think the combination of the two, from a strategic level in our company, and then also the partnership that JDA has provided, has really enabled Gander Mountain to succeed. We
are very, very happy with our three-year journey with JDA,” said Carlin.

Another FOCUS 2007 speaker, Janet Sherlock, CIO of Calico Corners, touched on the excellent networking opportunities at the event.

“FOCUS provides a great opportunity to network with other retailers and exchange ideas with other JDA clients. Those relationships and idea exchanges have provided me and my team the
opportunity to tap into the knowledge of others, and help us with idea generation and problem solving,” said Sherlock.

More than $75,000 Donated to New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity Chapter

Another first at this year’s FOCUS conference involved JDA partnering with the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity chapter, a non-profit organization dedicated to rebuilding local
housing for families in need. In honor of the FOCUS 2007 host city, JDA provided its employees and FOCUS participants the opportunity to support Habitat’s rebuilding efforts in New
Orleans. JDA launched a raffle for JDA associates prior to FOCUS and then extended its fundraising campaign at the FOCUS conference.

While JDA initially announced it would match up to $25,000 in donations, JDA’s Brewer and Koziol surprised FOCUS participants by doubling JDA’s matching funds. As a result, Brewer
and Koziol presented to Bob Mayre, Chapter President of the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity, with a check for $77,089.

“On behalf of the New Orleans area Habitat for Humanity, I would like to extend our appreciation to JDA Software, its customers and employees for their support to help rebuild New
Orleans,” said Mayre. “With JDA’s generous donation, we have enough money to break ground and build an entire home for a family in need.”
