Bellavita Expo 2015, 19-21 luglio, eccellenze italiane in vetrina e tanti assaggi: vini, salumi, formaggi, dolci e, anche qui il panettone quattro stagioni, non più solo a Natale.

Ieri, domenica, un “pienone” di gente anche per il Best UK Sommelier 2015.

Day 1 at Bellavita was great success. The best food and the best wine was showcased to the general public. Aldo Zilli, Carmelo Carnevale, Lukas Pfaff and other top chefs hosted their skills during crowded masterclasses.

Vincenzo Arnese wins the Bellavita Best UK Sommelier Competition

Vincenzo Arnese from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal set the benchmark for the other contestants, having been selected to go first. All finalists showed their class in wine service and knowledge before the judges and their ‘customers’ on the stage.
